I have heard compliments regarding Tick Tock, mostly about their ribs. My first impression was of a greasy spoon restaurant. Not especially clean, dirty tables and menus. The menu was a smattering of different entrees, ribs and sandwiches, many of which looked out of place in this restaurant.
I stuck with the ribs which came with coleslaw, fries for $10.95. The ribs were good, nothing to rave about, but I have certainly had worse. The coleslaw was swimming in slaw dressing. Iced tea tasted horrible.
Service was adequate. Waitresses functional but added nothing to our experience.
I wouldn't return to the Tick Tock.
