What welcome addition to the west side! The menu changes daily, offers a wide variety, mostly seafood, and each dish is unique.
My wife had pork noodles and I had pasta crusted scallops for appetizers. Both arrived hot out of the open kitchen and were exceptional. For dinner we had escolar with baby cabbage and a tomato broth, awsome. We passed on dessert, for we were stuffed on the delicious home made foccacia with grapes and gorganzola.
The service was pleasant and timely, slow night, we were one of only three tables, but it was a Tuesday, so we were seated quick and offered a wine list. The dining room and small bar are in one large room and the focal point is the open kitchen. Small and comfortable.
A must stop for lunch also, great portions, in the 10 to 15 dollar range. Our dinner that night cost us, with tip, about sixty-five dollars.
Was also nice that the owner stopped by the table to ask how our dinner was and the open kitchen was not a distraction.
