AWESOME!!! I felt welcomed the second I came in. The new decoration (Sapphire Grille use to be Eugene's) struck me right away with the ambience it presented. New wallpaper, beautiful frameworks with spectacular paintings and black & white photos. Everyone who enjoys a romantic atmosphere will love it. Fresh flowers on each table with cobalt blue glasses and white table cloth. Guys will love the men's restroom, as far as ladies room goes, hasn't personally checked it out, but my girlfriend said it what every women expects of the ladies room. Beautiful candle holders and very neatly & professionally dressed staff.

Food was terrific. Delicious and creatively prepared and set on the plate. Great portions and moderate price for an upscale restaurant. Menu is Continental Cuisine with leaning more toward French foods but very nice selections of Appetizers, Salads, and Entrees. In house made desserts. Nicely decorated full bar with excellent wine list and, you going to love it ... FLOATING BOAT SUSHI BAR with hanging ceiling blue lights - amazing! Fresh sushi - good sushi! Lounge room with nicely decorated sofas serves small appetizers and sushi, no dinner entrees though.

Great service. Very professional and quick. Knew the menu and was very helpful. Neatly dressed in dressy black pants and shirt with a black tie. If you been to Eugene's - not even close - all professional new staff.

Moderate prices for the portions and the service and not bad at all for the upscale restaurant.

Great place to go for any occasions. Probably the most romantic place I have ever been to and I tried almost every fine dining restaurant in Cleveland.
