Located at the corner of routes 42 and 82, Don's Pomeroy House is a quaint restaurant. Of course, with a name that begins with "Don's," you should be prepared to pay well for your meal.

The food and presentation were competent at Don's Pomeroy House. I can't say anything better about it. It was just fine.

Service, too, was competent.

The price of this rather average experience was, shall we say, above the average? Oh, the food and the service were okay. No glaring mistakes, but I couldn't help but feel as if I were paying for the decor and not the meal. Granted, the decor is lovely - but I go to a restaurant for the pampering, not the wallpaper.

I liked the decor very much. The food was wonderful. Service was very good. I found it to be a great place to have a fabulous meal along with a great atmosphere. It was defintitely worth every penny.

I have been to Don's Pomeroy House twice and both times were exceptional. The latter of the two times was very special. We arrived at the restaurant, in a limo mind you, While I was away my fiancee' mentioned to the hostest that he was going to ask for my hand in marriage. She quickly rearranged our reservation without me suspecting a thing. She escorted us to a private room upstairs were we were treated with superb service and cuisine. Even giving us privacy by closing the door each time they entered. They also took a photo of us after the proposal. One which I shall cherish. It was a magical evening for us both and one we will not forget thanks to the wonderful staff at Don's Pomeroy House.
