I happen to like the Panorama. Aside from forgetting to ask for the non-smoking section, I haven't had a bad experience there. The decor is chateau-like. Besides, they have the best sticky buns.
Sticky buns and croissants aside, the food there is fine. It is not spectacular, but it is real food. I happen to like the veal, but then I'm partial to cow-in-a-box.
Service has always been fine. I can't remember any faux pas related to the service. Water and coffee were always refilled promptly. They'll even give you a few sticky buns for the road (which, to my way of thinking, makes their service excellent).
The cost is not outrageous. In fact, it is on par with the food and service - if not a value. Dinner for four is in the $60-80 range.
